We can seat up to 340 with a very specific table arrangement. If you need space for more, we can discuss the options.
We have an indoor space for approximately 125 guests and can accommodate a ceremony in our Hall depending on your timeline and headcount. Our outdoor Pavilion is under construction and is expected to be completed by the fall of 2026. Ceremony spaces are an additional $500.

Yes! The Eight10 Hall is outfitted with a large stage, 10-foot projection screen, lectern, microphones, and high-speed internet access. Contact our event coordinator for more information.
Yes! We are proud to say our building is a zero-entry facility, and we have multiple accessible bathrooms.
The Eight10 has 182 parking spots plus there is two-sided street parking surrounding the venue.
The All-Inclusive rental is the only way to ensure you will have the entire venue to yourself. Party rooms may be rented out in the case of party room rentals, pavilion rentals, and Better Half wedding rentals. The Event Coordinator will always notify you of other events in the building at the time of your rental before you secure your rental.
Our All-Inclusive rental includes Friday setup, while we cannot guarantee the space will be available for our Better Half rentals. Party room rentals include the renter’s set-up and teardown time. If more time is needed, the renter must purchase additional time. Accommodations for Hall rentals should be discussed with the Event Coordinator.
All events and music must conclude no later than 11pm. End times for party rooms may vary depending on the day of the week.
Magnetic hooks will be included in your facility rental. Fishing line or string may be looped through trusses or other ceiling members. You are responsible for the removal of any string/cord/fishing line used while decorating. The use of tape, nails, staples, or tacks is prohibited.
Yes! As long as the candle is surrounded by glass that stands 3 inches above the candle, you may use real candles. Keep in mind that you will need to arrange someone to light them all and dispose of them carefully.
Yes! We have a large steamer you may use. Use caution when using and please do not steam fabrics against/near wood furnishings.
Waupaca city ordinance prohibits the use of all types of fireworks, including sparklers.
If weather permits, your bartender or attendant will open them for you.
Yes, weather permitting, outdoor spaces outside of The Hall, Winston’s Cellar, and the Zwicker Room are included in weekend rentals.
Yes, we have patio heaters available to rent for $10 per hour per heater.
We do not serve food, which allows our renters to choose from their favorite licensed food producer!
Yes! We simply ask to be connected with your caterer as soon as that decision has been made to be aware of all details.
Yes! Some rentals are more conducive to food trucks than others, so inquire with the event coordinator for the best options.
We do not have dinnerware or flatware and must be provided by the renter or sourced through your caterer or rental company.
We do not supply tablecloths or napkins. For weddings where tables are rented, tablecloths are supplied through the rental company. If cloth napkins are desired, those can be sourced through your caterer. For smaller gatherings and party room rentals, the renter is expected to supply tablecloths for their food tables. Tables in the party rooms are attractive wood tables and do not need tablecloths.
We are proud to feature craft beer from H.H. HINDER Brewing Co., which is brewed onsite and available exclusively at The Eight10. We also offer Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic varieties as well as gluten free options.
Absolutely not! Drinks purchased by your guests also count towards the beverage minimum. Most hosts choose to pay for only specific drinks or for a limited time during the event.
Wisconsin state law requires that all alcohol must be purchased from a licensed establishment, therefore all beverages must be purchased through The Eight10. The only exception is if you are arranging coffee/tea/water through your caterer.
If you choose a tended bar for your event, bartenders are included and will generally staff 1–2 bartenders for every 75 guests. If you choose a minibar, a bartender will be on-site, but not necessarily dedicated to your space.
Generally speaking, drinks are served in glass for smaller gatherings and wedding cocktail hours. Plastic will be used for weddings once the dance begins. If you would like water glasses at your large event or wedding, those should be sourced through your caterer.

The Eight10’s event coordinator ensures all of your vendors’ timelines coordinate with ours, but we do not provide coordination for all of the aspects of your wedding.
Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash or kenneled at all times. A dog run is located behind the venue. Fees may be assessed for damage or soiling caused by pets. The Eight10 reserves the right to request the removal of pets at any time.
