Seats 34 people at its standard capacity but can accommodate up to 50 standing and seated guests when more tables are rented. A bar minimum of $200 is required and any remaining balance will be paid by renter.
Holidays and associated days and weekends will be billed at weekend rates plus a 25% surcharge.
Show your guests how much you value them by opting for a hosted bar. A hosted bar allows for the smoothest and quickest beverage service as there is no need for a payment transaction with every drink served. Hosts will also be responsible for a 20% gratuity, but guests may contribute by directly tipping their server. To minimize costs, a host may choose to set limits on drink offerings, duration, and overall cost caps. Bar setup fees may apply.
A cash bar can be an affordable option for hosting an event or party and counts toward the event’s bar minimum. Cash bars can be established for the full duration or select times of the event. If a cash-only bar is chosen there will be a $30 an hour per bartender charge paid by the renter. The number of bartenders/attendants will be determined by The Eight10 management. If guests’ tipping does not meet the 20% gratuity minimum, the host will be asked to make up the difference.
