The Better Half offers the perfect solution for celebrations that want the grandeur of our main spaces without needing our full venue. This package includes Friday or Saturday rental of The Eight10 Hall, Purl Pub, and outside front terrace from 10am to midnight.
Ideal for weddings, anniversary parties, birthday celebrations, corporate events, and family reunions, this package includes setup for up to 200 guests with professional setup and state-of-the-art amenities. The space can accommodate up to 400 guests with additional setup arrangements.
What makes this package different: This package focuses on our two main event spaces – The Hall and Purl Pub – giving you ample room for your celebration and cocktail service without the need for additional spaces, making it perfectly sized for your event.
Your event must conclude by 11:00 pm with the building vacated by midnight. All rental terms include set-up and cleanup time, giving you flexibility to create your perfect celebration.
