For over four decades, these walls echoed with the energy of the Zwicker Knitting Mill, where more than 170 women worked diligently at their craft. Their presence helped shape our community’s industrial heritage and economic growth during a pivotal time in our region’s history.
Today, The Eight10 stands as a monument to thoughtful preservation and adaptive reuse. The historic structure has been transformed into modern event spaces—from its soaring ceilings built of 27 original windows—while integrating contemporary amenities that make it an exquisite space for modern gatherings.
