Our Story

In the heart of our community stands a testament to innovation, craftsmanship, and the power of transformation. The Eight10 began its journey as the Zwicker Knitting Mill, a nexus of industry and community that employed over 170 skilled women for more than four decades.

Industrial Heritage

For over four decades, these walls echoed with the energy of the Zwicker Knitting Mill, where more than 170 women worked diligently at their craft. Their presence helped shape our community’s industrial heritage and economic growth during a pivotal time in our region’s history.
